In addition to our Standard Terms of Service, the following apply specifically to our Voice Services.

Overview
Roxilio voice services are provided by different providers, each of which have different terms regarding use of the respective services. Please consult your initial service eMail for details on the relevant terms.
In addition to the Service-specific terms, the below Acceptable Use Policy applies to all our voice services.
Acceptable Use Policy
- Customers shall not, and shall procure that its End Users do not, use the Service(s) to distribute, transmit,
forward, send, or receive any material that we consider;
- To be threatening, abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or discriminatory (including, but not limited to,
discrimination based on gender, race, ethnic origin, sexual orienation, or disability);
- To transmit or facilitate the transmmission of any unsolicited marketing material;
- That is in any way unlawful or otherwise facilitates, promotes, or encourages unlawful or fraudulent purposes or activity which would be illegal under UK law.
- Causes, or facilitates causing, damage or injury to any person or property
- Is in breach of any applicable law or regulations; or
- Infringes any Intellectual Property or Privacy right of any third party.
- Customers must at all times comply with the Ofcom General Conditions of Entitlement
- Customers must ensure valid caller ID is provided on all calls.
- Customers must not participate in any form of traffic generation for dishonest gain including, but not limited to, Artificially Inflated Traffic ("AIT")
- Customers must not participate in any form of traffic likely to adversely affect other customers' use of the Service(s)
- Customers must comply at all times with the provisions of The Communications Act 2003, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 ("PECR") the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and any other relevant legislation.
- Customers must not use, or permit the use of, the Service to provide services otherwise in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013”
- Customers must not originate "dialler" traffic using Roxilio Voice serices including but not limited to voice broadcast calls, number scanning, silent or abandoned calls or any other behaviour that is considered misuse in accordance with the guidance set down by Ofcom in the Statement of Policy on Persistent Misuse.
- Customers must ensure numbering is used in accordance with the National Number Plan (as published by Ofcom)
- Unsolicited calls to any telephone numbers registered with the Telephone Preference Service are prohibited by law under all circumstances. It is the Customer's sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with this.
